Hometown

San Juan Capistrano, CA! Southern California born and raised. I love to travel but don't think I could call anywhere else home. My I am always on the hunt for the new best food spot (Mexican is my favorite) and experiencing new things in this city.

Education

I attended California Polytechnic (Cal Poly) - San Luis Obispo where I received a BS in Agribusiness and a Minor in Psychology. The business/psych pairing helps me in my career by allowing me to understand the nature of the mind and how individuals fit into a group/organization.

What do you love about Recruiting and your work at VIA Technical?

I am in the business of helping people. The paramount asset of any organization is its employees, and my passion is matching good talent with great opportunity. It is a wonderful feeling when I am able to tell someone that they got the job and their hard work paid off. It is also very fulfilling knowing that we came through for a client's need that directly affects daily operations. These interests fueled the start of my career in staffing where I continuously strive to grow and constantly seek to learn.

What are your Passions/Interests?

I am a strict follower of "get out and move an hour a day". Whether that is the gym, biking, surfing, swimming, snowboarding during the winter, or any exercise at all, I make sure to take advantage of the best weather our country has to offer! I grew up playing classic instruments, so music of all genres has always been a big part of my life.

What is your favorite thing to do or place to go in San Diego?

My favorite thing to do in San Diego is spend time with my friends downtown, ideally watching the Padre's at Petco Park or checking out a concert in one of our many venues. Another favorite thing to do is catch a movie at the rooftop cinema we have downtown.
