2021 ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Award Reflects Promise of Delivering Impeccable Service, Transparency to Clients

While numbers always play an important role in how anyone does business, in order to truly make a difference for our clients we know that it’s about maintaining the utmost customer satisfaction, knowing what they need and delivering on that.

In an effort to maintain transparency with our clients, VIA Technically recently participated in a survey by ClearlyRated, a leading provider of client feedback for B2B providers.

In a review of over 40 of VIA’s clients, VIA Technical earned a near perfect 4.8/5.0 rating and walked away with the 2021 ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Award.

“We have always prided ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and forming long-term relationships with our clients, but seeing these results and earning this award truly are the best reassurances that we’re doing what’s best for our clients in a way that leaves them feeling positive,” said VIA Technical CEO Natalie Viani. “It’s also, more than anything, motivation to keep getting better at we do and to keep striving for perfection.”

Conducted from February 2021 through March 2021, the survey cited efficiency, responsiveness, the ability to bring qualified clients to the table that fit well with company culture, and the personalized approach VIA Technical has always sought to deliver as reasons clients gave for the exceptional rating.

According to reviewer Mona S., “VIA Technical and (their) Recruiters and Account Managers are the best in the IT staffing industry. … They take the time to really get to know you as a company, culture, and really strive to understand the roles they assist with. We’ve used VIA a few times now for our hard-to-find “purple squirrel” positions, and they’ve successfully filled them. We’ve even converted one person who has been a remarkable part of our Cloud Infrastructure team. Thank you VIA and all the staff there for (their) hard work and never giving up, when we knew our positions weren’t the easiest to fill.”

“These are the results you want when you participate in a survey,” Viani said. “But we didn’t do this to boost our ego. We did this to keep the lines of communication open between our team and our clients, to maintain the transparency that we need to do our best work, and to arm ourselves with the information we need to constantly get better at what we do.
